Additionally, domestic metal producers may adjust their prices to match the inflated cost of imported materials, leading to an overall market increase.

As a real-world example, Titan Sunrooms recently received a letter from the CEO of EMS (Eastern Metal Supply, one of our key suppliers) stating that pricing would be increasing by at least 15% starting March 5, 2025. This price hike reflects the ripple effect of the tariffs, demonstrating how even companies committed to sourcing materials domestically are not immune to these cost increases.

 

The reinstatement of tariffs on steel and aluminum imports presents challenges for the sunroom industry, potentially leading to increased prices for consumers.
